Sun and sea - enjoy the beach life on Ibiza
Ibiza has a beach for any taste

Ibiza has 200 km coastline and about 50 different beaches. You can go swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing or just relax and  enjoy a sunbath. In many places you can rent boats (motor boats as well as sailing boats) and discover the coast by yourself.
With a boat you can discover some of the hidden "Calas" which are only reachable by sea.

Beaches close to our house:

Cala Llonga

about 10 minutes by feet, a touristy place with a very clean beach and water. The beach is quite safe for children and not so experienced wind surfers. In Calla Llonga you can rent pedal-boats, go for parasailing, learn how to dive and play beach volleyball and of course you can rent sun beds and beach umbrellas.

In Cala Llonga you can take a boat to Sta. Eularia, Ibiza, Formentera. - Boats go only May - October.

Cala s`Estaniol

about 10 minutes by car, not so touristy but there is a small restaurant and they offer sun beds as well. Part of the beach has sand another part is covered with seaweed.

Cala s'Estaniol still is relatively unknown, if you like to swim in the nude  you can do so in the back of the bay.

Cala Blanca

about 10 minutes by feet, on a adventures path (you need god shoes and good walking abilities)
- therefore you mostly have this beach totally for yourself! -
Not touristy at all - a secret beach on the busy island of Ibiza

Few of the welknown beaches of Ibiza

Cala Benirasse

A small bay surrounded by green hills, the rocks in the water are good for snorkeling around.

Up to the year 1999 every year in the full moon night of August hundreds of drummers met in Cala Benirasse to drum and celebrate through the night. In the last few years strong police forces prevented the drummers from having their party. But up to today drummers from all over the world come to Cala Benirasse to drum together. If you want to enjoy or join go there around sunset .... anyway it's a great spot to watch the sun set.

Agua Blanca

A nice relaxed beach with two restaurants, sun beds. If you want to swim nude you can do so.

Playa den Bossa

Playa den Bossa is the longest beach of Ibiza, here you find lots bars and cafes - here you go to party!
At the end (seen from Ibiza town) its more quiet than in the middle.

Activities: pedal-boats, wind surfing, diving school, beach volleyball

Cala d'es Cavallet

Wild and left in its natural beauty this area invites for long walks - especially in spring, autumn and winter.
Cala d'es Cavallet is the official nudist beach. The spacious beach with its sandy dunes is a perfect spot for sunbaths - in summer the gay scene is meeting in and around the restaurant at the end of the beach.
